New Zealand is known for producing some of the best Event Horses in the world.   The success of the New Zealand Three-Day Event Team in International competition has been phenomenal over the last two decades.

     Such outstanding International winners as Charisma, Broadcast News, Bounce, New York, Aspyring, and Ready Teddy were bred and raised in New Zealand.   The country has a unique, natural environment, with a temperate climate that produces lush pastures which allows horses to live outside all year-round.   This allows them to develop naturally and produce strong bones and good lung capacity.   The rolling, open hill country teaches them balance, where to put their feet, and how to look after themselves.   The New Zealand Thoroughbred Event Horses are known for their soundness and toughness, their incredible stamina and speed, and their super dispositions.
